I started in the construction field at a very young age, following in my father’s footsteps. What I enjoy most about the industry is taking a project from start to finish and helping make a client’s vision a reality. I find it rewarding to work closely with clients and the team to overcome any challenges that arise along the way.

I try to lead by example on the jobsite, coordinating with other trades, keeping communication clear with superintendents and leads. I view leadership as a service role, ensuring everyone has what they need to stay productive, providing guidance and mentorship to help the team succeed. I also stay hands-on, which helps me support the team and maintain a cohesive, efficient work environment.

When I’m not on the job site, I’m usually fishing, working on car projects in my garage, or on the golf course.
