I started in residential construction in high school, but wanted something bigger. This led me to college at Iowa State. I’ve been around construction my whole life, but my passion for it started in middle school. What I love most about construction is understanding the story behind each client — their motivations, goals, and the culture they’re trying to build. It’s never just about finishes or square footage; it’s about creating spaces that reflect who they are and help them attract, retain, and inspire their people. Pairing that purpose-driven work with a team of hardworking professionals who genuinely enjoy what they do makes this industry incredibly rewarding.

That same mindset carries into my life outside of work. I’m someone who will almost always try to fix something before throwing it out, and I enjoy dreaming about the future and imagining what’s next. In my free time, I love working on cabin projects, spending time outdoors with family, and traveling. When I can sneak away, skiing, four-wheeling, and hunting are some of my favorite ways to unplug.
