What excites me about working within Talent Acquisition is being able to assist with shaping the teams that build our physical world. Construction is a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry, and I enjoy being a part of the team that helps match passionate, qualified individuals with opportunities that not only fit their skills but also help the industry grow!

The culture of hospitality at Gardner meshes well with my personal working style. My goal is always to be approachable, responsive, and intentional, ensuring every candidate feels supported and respected throughout the hiring process.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me with my yellow lab, Tito—whether we’re playing ball or going on walks—and checking out new local breweries with my fiancé and friends!
