Bringing people together around a shared goal is what I enjoy most about this work. Over the years, I’ve learned how to coordinate diverse teams, balance perspectives, and keep everyone moving in the same direction, especially when projects are complex and expectations are high. Gardner has been a great place to put that skill to work, thanks to a culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and genuine hospitality, no matter who you’re working with.
My path through the construction industry has included a variety of roles, and since starting my career in 2002, those experiences have shaped how I approach project leadership today. I value clear communication, thoughtful planning, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work together from start to finish.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m with my family outdoors, Fishing, hunting, trapping, or gardening. I’m also a pretty good cook and enjoy sharing with friends and family.
