Superintendent 

As a Superintendent at Gardner, I take pride in creating job sites where people feel respected, supported, and part of something bigger. Construction brings together a wide network of people, each with their own expertise. I love being in the middle of it all, helping teams work toward a shared goal.

What really drives me is teaching and coaching others. Whether it’s helping a young crew member grow their skills on-site or coaching youth baseball after hours, I get the same sense of satisfaction from seeing people learn, gain confidence, and succeed.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me outdoors, bow hunting, ice fishing, or playing baseball. And yes, I can do quite a few one-handed push-ups… though I don’t make a habit of proving it on the job site.
