Field Operations Lead

Building strong relationships is what drives me most in this industry. I enjoy working alongside clients, architects, and trade partners to bring teams together around a shared goal, and it’s always impressive to see what the right group of people can accomplish when they’re aligned.

I currently serve as the Field Operations Lead for Gardner in Duluth. I joined Gardner in 2016 as a Carpenter Foreman after starting my career in residential construction and later moving into the commercial sector through the Carpenters Union. Today, I bring 25 years of industry experience to supporting field teams and delivering successful projects.

Outside of work, I enjoy coaching sports and staying active with football, baseball, basketball, and hockey. My family and I also spend as much time outdoors as possible, especially at our family cabin in northern Minnesota.
