Pre-construction Lead

Construction has been in my blood from the start. I grew up watching my grandpa, dad, and family friends bring projects to life, and I couldn’t wait to jump in myself. Since then, I’ve worked across a range of roles that have sharpened my skills, strengthened my leadership, and deepened my love for construction. I love an intensive, complex project: the more moving parts, the better! I’m passionate about the details that make a project shine, and about building not just structures, but relationships and trust. 

During my career, I like to think that I’ve gotten good at balancing my love for crunching numbers with my creative problem-solving, and I’m great at helping clients envision what’s possible. When I’m not on the job, you’ll likely find me outdoors: hunting, fishing, hiking, or out on the lake.
