Travis V.
Drywall Carpenter
I’ve always liked working with my hands. Building things, fixing things, and figuring out how to make something better have been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Being out in the field is where I’m most comfortable; every day brings something new to learn, and that’s what keeps the work interesting and rewarding for me.
I started working in construction in 1998 and have spent my career continuing to sharpen my skills, especially in drywall. As a foreman, I take pride in staying involved, helping the crew work efficiently, and setting a standard for quality. My right-angle impact is always close by, and I believe that paying attention to the details is what separates good work from great work.
I grew up in Almelund, Minnesota, and family is what motivates me every day. My wife, two kids, and three grandchildren are my biggest priority. Outside of work, I enjoy four-wheeling, camping, cooking and grilling, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and traveling – especially to places like Canada and Alaska. I’m also a loyal Twins and Vikings fan and enjoy catching games whenever I can.
