Our Duluth culture hub was launched in 2016 after being selected as the construction partner for the Wolf Ridge ELC’s Living Building Challenge project. The opportunity to work in and help build this vibrant region sang to us, and our second Gardner location opened on Lake & First shortly after. It has been our longstanding belief that the team should be rooted in and devoted to that community, and our team members live and play here.

Each project we approach is an opportunity to preserve the history of the North Shore area, create a meaningful community impact, and build something that people will cherish for years to come. Local projects require vision, passion, expertise, and a deep sense of responsibility, and our team is fully dedicated to delivering on all fronts.
