Built on the belief that better is possible
2010, in the midst of a recession, was a risky time to start a business. Bob Gardner had the vision to reimagine the construction industry, focusing on delivering world-class hospitality for commercial tenant improvement projects.
It's also where new team members get their start–company onboarding, training, and the culture that defines how we work–all begin here. As our footprint has grown across the Upper Midwest, this Hub has remained the constant, the place that keeps every team connected to where we came from and how we do things.
From Class A commercial interiors to historic repositionings, Gardner has contributed to a wide range of projects that enhance the downtown experience. We are equally invested in the greater metro area. No project is too big or too small, and we are deeply grateful for the quality trade and design relationships this region has afforded us.

It's home to our shared services team and where every new hire is trained and onboarded, learning the standards and instincts that define how Gardner works. But the Hub isn't a place where decisions flow down from. It's the shared foundation that lets our people act with the context and trust to make good decisions on their own.
Let us show you what a different experience feels like
If deeply rooted, local partnerships matter to you, Gardner is eager to connect and get to know your unique business and project needs.
We're always building our team–come work with us
Our Twin Cities Hub is expanding. If you're interested in an opportunity to collectively shape our culture and influence the future of construction in an environment that is collaborative, optimistic, and relational, please apply.
