Gardner's Milwaukee hub launched in 2018, after two former UW-Madison classmates rekindled a connection at a conference in 2016. We built our team with Wisconsin residents who not only know the area but understand the community itself: hard-working, diverse, and full of history.

We set up our office on the Milwaukee River on purpose. We wanted our workspace at the center of what feeds the city, agriculture and recreation alike, and to stay connected to the history this small, big city was built on.

Our service technicians reach out individually to notify the client of arrival time, project updates, and to share photos of the work as it’s being done. When the job is complete, we follow up with a full breakdown of everything that was done, to ensure you know exactly what you got in the project.

Many of the projects we respond to are in occupied spaces and we understand that every project is critical as it relates to the daily business of our clients. Maintaining a clean and tidy site matters to us, because we know it matters to our clients. When necessary, we utilize poly or stark walls to ensure safety and mitigate disruption.
