Project Goal

Artisan Partners needed a workspace that matched the caliber of their firm

Gardner delivered a 20,000 SF build-out of new office space on the 5th floor, complete with a fitness center, offices, a kitchen, and conference rooms.

Scope Across the Building

The work reached well beyond a single floor, touching several key spaces throughout the building.

Alongside the 5th floor build-out, we renovated the 8th floor main lobby, reception, and conference rooms, giving the space a refreshed first impression. We also completed a full 6th floor renovation and handled miscellaneous projects throughout the space.

Our relationship with Artisan Partners began in 2018, and it has grown steadily ever since.

Over the past eight years, we have partnered with Artisan across several locations, including Denver, Boston (twice), Chicago (twice), and Wilmington.
