To me, hospitality is the art of connecting with people and finding genuine ways to help them. In Business Development, that means listening first and understanding what a partner is trying to accomplish before talking about what we can offer.
Throughout my time at Gardner, I've been fortunate to wear many hats, from leading our healthcare market sector to managing the marketing team. Along the way, I discovered that what I value most is creating meaningful connections that bring people together around shared goals and lasting success. Today, as Business Development Lead, I partner across market sectors to build strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of the people we work with, both inside and outside our organization. I enjoy connecting people, uncovering opportunities, and using market insight and trusted relationships to help build momentum for our team and our clients.
Outside of work, my two strong-willed daughters keep me on my toes. When we're not on a family adventure, you'll likely find me enjoying the best restaurants across the Twin Cities' or supporting the local arts and theater communities. While I occasionally make my way onto the stage, I also find joy in volunteering and serving on the board of a local theater organization.
