When choosing an industry to build my career in, I decided my best bet was construction. What I've come to love most about this work is the problem-solving and the variety. No two days are the same, and I like it that way. As Superintendent, my goal is always to make the job sites I manage productive, but it’s also important to me that I create enjoyable places to work for every team member and trade partner. I believe that’s how you get the best out of everybody.

Day to day, my family is what motivates me to show up and do good work. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with them and staying busy with a variety of hobbies. I grow vegetables and flowers in our garden, and I enjoy getting out on the motorcycle or taking a drive in the convertible. I also lift weights, cook and grill, and build detailed scale models, finishing them with an airbrush—a hobby that requires plenty of patience and a steady hand.
