What I love most about this work is the feeling of a hard day's work and the camaraderie that develops among a crew over time. Working toward a shared goal and respecting the different roles each person plays are some of the most rewarding parts of the job. It's an industry that has always been part of my life, as my dad worked in construction throughout his entire career.

Day to day, I'm motivated by trying to be a good role model to my siblings, and that same mindset carries into how I show up in my work.

Outside of work, I'm mostly outdoors, fishing, hunting, and hiking whenever I can. I also enjoy reading, baking, and video games.
