Hospitality is a mindset of service—approaching every project & interaction with care, preparedness, and professionalism. It means anticipating challenges before they arise, communicating with clarity, and fostering collaborative relationships that lead to better outcomes for clients and project teams alike.

I’ve been around construction since I was young, so it’s something I’ve always been interested in. When I went to college, it became clear that I really enjoyed the business side of the industry, so I decided to pursue the construction management path. In my current role, I oversee projects from start to finish, managing budgets, procurement, and team accountability while building strong client and trade relationships. It’s rewarding to be a part of building someone’s vision, and I love having a tangible, lasting result after a lot of hard work and collaboration.

Outside of work, I like to stay active by lifting, hiking, snowboarding, and playing beer-league softball. When I need to relax, I watch sports and spend as much time out at the lake as possible.
