Dana B.
General Superintendent
Hospitality is about making every project easy and fun for everyone involved. I take pride in ensuring that everyone involved, from the end users to the designers to the construction team, has a positive experience and enjoys the process as much as the result.
I began my career as a builder in 2001 as a carpenter apprentice. I quickly developed a love for the mathematical and layout aspects of being a carpenter. Over the years, I have moved from being a carpenter to a carpenter foreman, to a superintendent, and now a general superintendent. During my journey, I have added coordination, logistics, scheduling, and now team support to the list of items that I love about building. I am so fortunate to be a part of this incredible team, delivering top-notch hospitality to all involved with Gardner projects.
Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy designing and remodeling our old home. We also love to spend time with our two teenage sons — hiking, camping, biking, skiing, skating, or just hanging around the fireplace. Our family enjoys walking to the local restaurants in our neighborhood to enjoy the many dining options available, and I also have my Monday night hockey league that keeps me active and moving!
