To me, hospitality is about the meaningful ways we can positively impact someone or make their life easier. It means approaching every situation with empathy, understanding that even small gestures can have a large impact, and doing things with the intention of making people feel understood, considered, and cared for.

I initially became interested in construction through my parents, who both work in the industry, and over time what I’ve found that I enjoy most about it is problem-solving. I’m also motivated by building a future for myself in this profession. Working hard can help set my future self up for success by teaching me the value of hard work and enjoying what I do. In my role, I support the marketing team wherever I can, helping with the behind-the-scenes work that helps the company tell its story and stay connected within the community.

When I'm not working, I'm happiest trying new things. I've traveled to 15 countries in the last four months, and when I'm closer to home, you'll find me hanging out with friends, being outside, or reading a good book.
