I joined the Gardner team in 2021, bringing nearly two decades of construction experience and a mission to keep our job sites safe, organized, and full of good energy. I spend my days making sure everyone has what they need to work safely, from walking sites and leading training sessions to turning safety protocols into real-life habits (not just paperwork). I love working with people who take pride in their craft and look out for one another.

When I’m not busy with friends or family, you will likely find me out in the sun, drawing, or walking the lakes.
