Drew S.
Carpenter Foreman
Hospitality in construction is team work. It means making other trades feel welcomed and appreciated for the big and little things they do on a day to day basis, because without them, we don’t succeed as a whole.
My passion for carpentry began at a young age, working on projects in my grandparents’ shop when I was just 10 years old. During college, I spent the summers as a laborer, and later gained experience as a self-employed carpenter for a handful of years before joining a team. I believe that having a positive attitude is important, no matter what the job is, and when I joined the Gardner team in 2024, I found myself among a group of people who share this belief.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy being outside, either fishing, golfing, playing softball, or spending time at the lake. I also have my own woodworking projects that I tinker with in my spare time — my wife and I bought the house that I was born and raised in, and we’re currently remodeling it ourselves.
