A friend who works as a welder inspired me to pursue construction, and I’m glad I’ve found something that fits my skills and interests so well. What draws me to the work is the combination of staying physically active, continuously learning, and above all, creating something that lasts. There's something deeply satisfying about knowing that the work you put in will still be standing long after you've moved on to the next job. Not many careers offer the opportunity to leave behind such a tangible, lasting impact.

Outside of work, I love going to live music, mainly jazz and punk, and I stay active by running and cycling with friends. A couple of things people might not know about me: I have dual citizenship with Canada, and I have had the chance to see a volcano up close.
