Jeff C.

MKE Field Operations Lead

Hospitality in construction is about creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for all stakeholders. Our clients hire us as experts in our field to help them through the construction process as not just a contractor, but a trusted friend looking out for their best interests and ensuring needs are met.

Commercial construction has been my passion since my very first day on the job more than 25 years ago. I truly enjoy building and being part of a collaborative team that comes together to deliver exceptional projects. My favorite part of working in Field Operations is mentoring and training others to exceed their own expectations. Watching someone reach that “light-bulb” moment is incredibly rewarding, because it means the training has clicked and they’re on their way to achieving great things.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, playing games, or simply relaxing together. My wife and I are a great team — she comes up with creative project ideas for our house, and I figure out how to make them happen.
