To me, hospitality means meeting people where they're at and communicating clearly. Everyone deserves to know what's happening on site, even if they've never been through the construction process before. I naturally pick up on someone's level of experience and enjoy tailoring how I communicate so they can fully understand what's going on.

I've been in construction since 1997, and no day is ever the same in this industry, which suits me just fine. I enjoy solving problems and keeping things moving when challenges pop up. I first became interested in construction back in wood shop and metal shop in middle school. Working on small projects sparked my interest in working with my hands. Over the years what has continued to motivate me is the chance to meet new people on every project and continue to learn and build off of each other

Outside of work, I collect classic cars and love smoking meats, brisket especially. I'm a big sports fan (Go Wild!), and you'll usually find me fishing, hunting, hiking, or grilling on the weekends.
