In my over 25 years in the construction industry, I’ve honed my problem-solving skills by working with diverse teams, making sure everyone from architects to trade partners to the less construction-minded folks on the client side feels included, respected, and heard. When I’m not at work, you can find me with my family, cuddling our latest foster dog, or winding down with painting, photography, or crafting.
