Ever since joining the construction industry, I’ve been continually impressed by the complexity of each project, how many talented professionals are involved, and all the steps it takes to reach a final product. My role is all about making things clear and organized, helping the team focus on what matters most while ensuring payroll runs smoothly.

I enjoy turning what can feel like a complex process into something simple and reliable for the Gardner team. Whether it’s answering questions about pay, deductions, or benefits, I make it a point to be approachable, patient, and thorough. Knowing that I can help someone feel confident and supported in their work makes the details worth it every day.

In my free time, I enjoy road trips, fishing, attending sporting events and comedy shows, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
