To me, hospitality means keeping clients in the loop at every stage: doing walk-throughs throughout the process, making sure their input is heard, and ensuring they feel genuinely excited about their new space.

I've been in the construction industry since 2005, and my favorite moment never gets old: handing over a finished space and watching the owner's reaction. Seeing how excited they are, how much they love what's been built, that payoff is what keeps me coming back. I was drawn to the trades by a lifelong inclination toward hands-on work and an appetite for variety. No two days look the same in this field, and for me, that's the appeal.

When I’m not working, I'm usually planning my next adventure, ideally somewhere with an elevation change or a coastline. I love exploring the mountains of the American West,Canada, Hawaii, and have been lucky enough to visit Tanzania three times. When I’m home, you’ll usually find me target shooting or on the golf course. As the youngest of seven siblings, I'm at home in big groups but just as happy flying solo.
