Paul A.
Superintendent
Hospitality means looking out for everyone's well-being, being an active listener, and taking time to be present in conversation.
My grandfather was a carpenter, and that's what first got me interested in construction. My favorite part of the work is seeing a space change — it amazes me how quickly transformations happen in construction. I also enjoy plan review; something about solving a problem or issue in the earliest parts of a project, before it ever becomes an issue on site, is really satisfying.
As Superintendent, I set the tone for job site culture, own the schedule, and serve as the primary point of contact for site progress and communication. On a day-to-day basis, I'm motivated by continuous improvement, and I have a genuine desire to do a good job.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my family and seeking out unique experiences, including visiting over 24 countries. When I’m closer to home, you can find me canoeing, camping, fishing, hiking, or reading.
