Hospitality means creating an experience, not just completing a task. It's showing up prepared, present, and professional, understanding that the way you treat people is what they'll remember long after the work is done.

I got into construction because I like to build things, and that simple motivation has grown into a career centered around something I genuinely enjoy. My favorite part of the work is seeing a project come together from the ground up, the satisfaction of building something from nothing. What motivates me every day is creating opportunities for my family and helping provide my children with a strong foundation for their future.

Everything I do, I do for my family, so when I’m not working, you can find me coaching my daughter's softball team, trying new coffee shops with my wife, or planning the next trip. In recent years we've explored Charleston, Florida; Mackinac Island, Michigan; California; and Leavenworth, Washington, and there's always somewhere new on our list.
