I’ve always been drawn to the problem-solving side of the work and the satisfaction that comes from delivering a project done right. After spending time in the commercial design/build industry, I realized I wanted to be closer to the construction process and grow in project and construction management. Helping guide projects through challenges and seeing clients satisfied with a well-executed outcome is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role as a project manager.

I joined the Gardner team in 2021 as a Project Engineer, bringing with me several years of experience in commercial design/build. Working with a like-minded team is what initially drew me to Gardner, and the company’s core values continue to reinforce that choice. The collaborative, “big family” environment here creates a strong sense of connection and support, which is important to me and motivates me to do my best work every day.

Outside of work, my husband and I are beer aficionados and love exploring Twin Cities breweries — sometimes with our labrador/pit bull mix pup along for the adventure. We enjoy hosting friends at our home whenever we can, and while I wouldn’t call myself a runner just yet, I’m working toward completing a marathon someday. Most importantly, we recently welcomed a little boy into our family, and becoming a parent has been an exciting new chapter in our lives.
