Tami T.

I joined the Gardner team with nine years of HR experience in nonprofit organizations, food manufacturing, and electrical supply. I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of working in HR, and I find my job most rewarding when I can help set my team members up for success. In my role, I support employees as their first point of contact for questions and day-to-day needs, help guide our benefits and leave processes, and assist with employee relations to keep our workplace positive and inclusive. I also manage several of our engagement tools and systems, making sure people feel confident using the resources available to them.

I’ve been told I’m a “ray of sunshine” at the office; probably because I’m always looking for ways to connect with the team. I love contributing to the culture here and helping create moments and experiences that bring people together.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about traveling, trying new restaurants, playing video games, and crafting.
