Phases 1 and 2 of the Legacy Investing Core42 project transformed the former Sleep Number Headquarters in Minneapolis into a 24MW data center.

By working within the central business district and building on existing infrastructure, we avoided the need for new zoning and moved utilities into place more quickly. The result is a smoother path to completion with less disruption to the surrounding neighborhood. Ultimately, the facility is designed so most people passing through downtown would never know a data center is there.
